Connect Groups

Great groups where you will make new friends, laugh a lot with old ones, learn more about God, go deeper in the Bible, grow spiritually and connect with people like never before. Do not miss these groups. Three reasons to sign up to a connect group:

Reason 1 – Care and Friendship

These groups will provide pastoral care through good group leaders and great friendships. Whichever group you sign up for, that leader and that group will be your pastoral support for the entire year. This way you can really get to know each other well and always know where to go and when!

Reason 2 – Great Interactive Studies

Our studies in 2009 are interactive and challenging! Research shows that we remember 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see, 50% of what we see and hear and a whopping 70% of what is DISCUSSED with OTHERS! We have created a brand new DVD series for Connect Groups – these 10 minute studies will provoke thought and lively discussion on biblical topics. You will be amazed at what you will learn and what you can contribute! All the groups will be looking at the same studies at the same time so everyone can be discussing the same topic!

Reason 3 – Convenient Times

There is a variety of times and days to choose from to make it easy for you and your lifestyle. We now run one daytime Connect Group on the last Thursday of every month at the church from 11am till 12:30 lunchtime! This will give you even more choice! The other groups will run in the evening either on the second to last Tuesday of every month or the last Tuesday of every month from 8pm till 9:30pm at the various locations.
